About the Pathfinder Club

Pathfinders are a worldwide organization of young people sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, though young people of any religious persuasion, or none, are welcome and encouraged to join the organization. The Pathfinder Club provides a comprehensive program that combines spiritual growth, personal development, leadership training, and community service, all while offering fun and exciting activities like camping, leadership training, outreach activities, hiking, and adventure-based learning.

Mission of the Pathfinder Club

The mission of the Pathfinder Club is to help young people develop a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and prepare them for lives of service, leadership, and faith. The program is designed to foster a love for God, strengthen character, build confidence, and encourage active participation in their church and community.

What the Pathfinder Club Provides

Leadership Skills: Pathfinders are given opportunities to develop leadership and organizational skills. Older Pathfinders often mentor younger members, and they can take on leadership roles within their clubs.

Community Service: One of the key components of the program is service. Pathfinders participate in numerous service projects and outreach programs, helping the less fortunate and sharing God’s love in their communities.

Outdoor Adventure & Skills: The club is known for its outdoor activities, which can include camping, hiking, canoeing, rock climbing, survival skills, and other adventurous experiences.
These activities teach practical life skills while helping youth connect with nature and grow in their faith.

Badges and Honors: Pathfinders can earn badges and honors in a wide range of subjects, such as health, nature, Bible study, arts, music, and more. These badges are awarded as they successfully complete tasks or challenges in different areas, encouraging continuous learning and achievement.

Fellowship & Fun: The club provides a sense of community, where Pathfinders make lasting friendships, engage in social events, and participate in fun activities like campouts, hikes, and competitions.
