Personal Ministries purpose is to inspire, motivate, equip, train, and mobilize all members for dynamic Christian service.

The church is currently holding in-person bible studies with 4 interests with 4 separate church members. Apart from the in-person bible studies held by various church members, Personal ministry is currently working on distributing bible study materials to three individuals who have requested bible study guides.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.” – 1 Peter 4:10-11, NIV.

Finally, on Thursday, August 18, we said our final goodbyes to our dear brother Bob O’Grady. From the several testimonies about him, which was read by Pastor Z at his funeral, we could see how Bob lead a life of service to God through his dedication to helping others. Bob’s commitment to service truly exemplified acts of God’s mission.  Bob was involved in doing bible studies as well as the many countless acts of service to others. Bob left us an example of what true ministry is about. Every one of us cannot be like Bob, for God has blessed us with different means to reach others. Are you in dentistry? Help someone in need of free dentures, are you a teacher, set up a free reading class. If you love gardening, help a neighbor set up a garden. My prayer for you this week is for you to reach out to that person as God has impressed upon your heart.

Remember to pray about it and reach out. The personal ministry team will be praying for you.
       God bless you,

                Velma
